Handling Fee
Please note that all orders delivered to Ireland, the U.K., Europe and the Rest of the World will incur a handling fee of €1.50.

Regardless of the weight of the item(s), if the actual delivery cost falls below the original delivery rate quoted by us, you will be charged the lower amount when we send the order.

How quickly will I get my order?
We will dispatch your order as soon as it is in stock. When your order has been dispatched, expected delivery times are as follows:

• Ireland: 3-5 working days
• UK: 6 working days
• EU: 4-7 working days
• USA and Canada (Airmail): 6-10 working days
• Rest of the World (Airmail): 8-12 working days

If your order is out of stock, we will email you with an expected availability date. This date is based on information we receive from suppliers and publishers and is as up-to-date as possible.

To keep our delivery costs as low as possible and get your products to you as quickly as possible, we use both An Post and private couriers. The fees below take into consideration the following factors:

• (a) The number of items ordered
• (b) Weight of items ordered
• (c) The destination delivery address
• (d)The delivery method that must be used for each item in your order
